Jelq Penis Exercise
- Make sure that you have warmed up thoroughly
- Sit or stand keeping your back straight
- Stroke the penis until you have achieved a partial erection
- Place your right hand at the base of the penis using an "ok" grip
- Slowly milk your right hand towards the penis head
- As your right hand reaches the tip, grasp the penis at the base with your other hand using the same grip
- Release your right hand when it reaches the head and slowly begin the same milking action with your left hand
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
- Massage the penis to restore circulation
Horizontal Movement exercise
1. As per usual, warm up thoroughly
2. Stroke yourself to a semi erection
3. Sit down with your back straight
4. Hold base of penis with left hand
5. Place other hand just below the head
6. Put pressure on the base
7. Milk down from head
8. Milk back up towards head
9. Complete for as many reps as needed
Kegel exercises or pelvic floor exercises

Kegel exercises is to stop or slow down your stream of urine

Ballooning
- You should be able to hold your orgasm back three to five times while having sex.
- While your penis is erect, massage the shaft, head, base, groin area, and your scrotum to help the blood flow increase.
- When you are able to hold back your orgasm, you will increase the amount of testosterone.
- During this process, you must hold back your orgasm three to five times and then you can release.
The German's Technique ('pull-ups')
- Sit in an easy-chair and lean back a little.
- Grab your penis behind the glans (head) between your thumb and bent index finger. Stretch it as far as possible in the direction of your erection.
- Now squeeze your PC muscles (pulling your penis toward your body; see Kegels) while stretching with your hand (note: you can also tilt your pelvis to increase the pull).
- Hold at maximum tension for a moment.
- Next, slowly relax PC muscles, maintaining the pull from your hand, until you have reached the fully stretched position again.
- Repeat this exercise 20 times.
- Now do another set of repetitions, increasing resistance so that you can only do 15 repetitions.
- After completing the sets, hold your penis in the starting position and stretch it as far as possible, two times, holding it stretched for a minute each time. After that do a short massage until your penis is soft and relaxed again.
