Method of use:- Apply Organek™ Orthokan Massage Oil on affected area and gently massage till oil is absorbed then covered the area with cotton cloths for ½ hour to avoid direct contact of air.

Causes and Symptoms of Arthritis
The main symptoms of osteoarthritis are pain and stiffness in the joints. The pain usually increases after exercise. Rheumatoid arthritis' is often called the 'cooked food disease'.
